Engineering Consultants Group built the apps ECGHR and ECGMME as a free app for the company employees. all apps are provided at no cost and intended for internal use only.

This page is used to inform ECG Users regarding ECG policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use ECG Mobile apps.

the app is for limited users (50 to 100 users / employees of the company)

If you choose to use ECG Mobile apps, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy. The Personal Information that ECG collect are used for providing and improving the Service. ECG will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at ECG website unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Our App does not collect any data from your phone and has no access to anything on your device, only we save the images you select and allow to upload.

The Images will not be seen by any other person except HR user through the app.

Log Data

When ECG Mobile app has some error it will send the error details as text, the error message contains only technical information without any personal data.

Service Providers

We don not use third-party companies or individuals due to the following reasons:

• The apps are developed inside ECG;
• Only ECG users will use the apps;
• Apps are for specific use and not for general purposes.

Security

ECG always value your trust. and ECG cannot guarantee its absolute security due the highly hacking experts all around us.

Links to Other Sites

The app will view the ECG information that exists on ECG dashboard website. ECG does not has any link to any other websites.

Children Privacy

ECG Mobile apps do not target children.

ECG may update the Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. ECG may notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. the changes will be effective immediately, after they are posted on this page.
